I mean, cruelty squad is kinda close. The game was designed to be as busy and ugly as possible, and some of the "upgrades" just end up covering half the screen.

I know Halo CE had a skull where a random HUD element would be disabled with each death. A hard reverse of that would have been hilarious

Despite the difficulty of the programming, I believe it would be incredibly comical to many people including me if he took damage and a varying amount health bars just happened to deplete due to severe amounts of physical damages, these health bars come from games that are chosen from a wheel spun every five minutes, and whatever game it lands on gets portions of their HUD added to the screen, eventually building up and blinding the screen. this is because of a challenge a streamer/KZfaqr known as DougDoug, who is known for doing hard or wacky challenges to make games more interesting, unique, and overall harder.
