Wash your hands and skin, grab a glass of water and you’ll need some oil/serum/balm with lasting glide, I’m using MAKEDA RADIANCE AGELESS BOTANICAL OIL by @ekobotanicals www.ekoskincare.co.uk, it is lush!

I didn't know this was a 'thing'.. I r been doing full body stretches and obviously neglecting my face 😢.. I saw a young woman doing face yoga lat night and today and I politely inquired after I did one of the face stretches I found you 😊..cannot wait to incorporate this into my routine I'm over 40, advance material pregnancy and already I feel more relaxed. 🙏 Thank you for your gift of charity and being apt to teach .you are appreciated.
