Good video. But how stupid is it to avoid Yoga on religious grounds?!! lol! Yoga is for healthy mind and body, it’s not religious at all. I guess people of some religious beliefs are going to stay unhealthy and dumb forever

I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my second and have been struggling soooo badly with lower back pain. Any little bit of bending down or picking things up will have me practically bedridden for the rest of the night. I just did this stretch before bed and feel immediate relief in my back. 🙏🏻 Hoping this will help me sleep better tonight, but the instant relief after i finished the stretches makes me so happy! Thank you!

Omg I love this! I can't believe you have done this amazing program and women still complain cause your beautiful children are in the video!! These work outs are real and in real settings THAT INCLUDE children for pretty much every mother or parent out there. Keep doing what you're doing, love this and forget those complainers

This was great! I have just been doing butterflies to stretch but this is so much better. Also, all those people saying it's unprofessional that you have your children in your videos can go pound sand. You're literally a pregnant mom doing stretches for delivery.

This was THE BEST stretch routine I have found yet! 3rd trimester has me super tight and I got so many kinks and pops out within the first 5 mins, even more than I get out when doing prenatal yoga. Thank you for being real with your kids while filming the workout routine, they seem respectful to what you have to get done. Such a great stretch workout, currently 34 weeks & really loving the hip & pelvis opening stretches. My pregnancy has gone really smoothly, though occasionally experience right hip & right leg pain, especially when sleeping. Glad to have tried out this! Thank you x

Due for delivery, found this exercises and I'm really grateful i did. I'm the workout type but got lazy during pregnancy but with the encouragement from hubby, midwife and siblings I've gone back to my exercises. Actually a first time mom. 31 weeks pregnant with twins! And doing this around my 2 year old. This killed! I have been doing your prenatal workout schedule since I found out I was pregnant and have had lots of comments that I look more fit now then before I was pregnant! twin pregnancies are harrrd and without staying in shape with you I think this would be much harder! Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰I have done this exercise during my 3rd trimester (not everyday but, I tried to find time to do so) and my mucus plug started to come out at 9PM when I was 39w2d pregnant. I got a strong contraction on the next day without water break which I am very grateful about. The contraction started at 3AM and it got faster at 7:00 AM and was fully dilated at 8:00AM. The Dr. broke my water at 9:45AM and I started pushing at 9:48AM. With a relief, my baby boy was born safely at 9:58 AM. 🥰🥰🥰

I am pregnant with baby #1, so I do not have kids running around when I workout YET, but seeing yours is honestly so motivating. It makes me realize that I CAN workout even when I do have kids. Cara, when your baby is 1 he/she will already be "squatting" when they see mama squat. At 2 they will be learning how to hang on a bar, and you'll just have SO MUCH FUN teaching them all of your climbing and obstacle skills from a very young age!

Perfect timing! I was pregnant this time last year but lost our baby on Christmas. I had gotten your prenatal program then but never used it. Praise God I’m due with our next baby this Christmas! Hip pain today made me search for some stretching videos for 3rd trimester and this was perfect! I’ve been much more carefully prepping for labor this time as I’m planning a home birth, but other than chasing toddlers I haven’t done any lengthy purposeful exercising this time around. I hope to keep stretching til delivery as I think it helped my stiffness today!

I love that baby girl is hanging with mommy while she prepares her body. This was very realistic as my baby boy is right here trying to do every stretch with me. I did feel a bit discouraged because I haven’t stretched much this pregnancy and at 36 weeks it was so painful and seemed impossible to do some of the stretches. It was a good pain though! Hoping to do this more than once a day if it’s safe. I’m 1 dilated so I’m trying to prepare

Well done babe on doing this with your little boy alongside you! Even *attempting* this at 36 wks speaks a lot to me about your level of character. If you get on the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan next (to zip up your abs, heal your pelvic floor, restore the integrity of your body as a mom) you'll enjoy the Post Pregnancy Mobility Routine in there too (it's a bonus at the bottom of each clickable calendar and gets saved to your personal KZfaq Library so you can watch from your TV too). A lot of other postnatal stretching routines place the body in a position that compromises the abs and makes the ab gap (Diastasis Recti) unnecessarily worse -- this causes a "pooch." Proud of you for taking care of yourself now (do this no more than 3 days per week) and you'll be set up better for labor and pp recovery.

22 weeks with baby #2 and although I wasn’t in as good of shape when I started this pregnancy I feel so much stronger because of your prenatal plan! I incorporated this video into my prep for labour! First couple times I did it I couldn’t make it through the whole thing, stretching so deep was tough but after being consistent I was able to finish the video multiple times and I think this combined with other videos on KZfaq really helped my labour experience ! Thanks for making this video ! I could probably recite it cause I did it so many times lol

Ashley, thank you so much for providing this free prenatal program. This is my first pregnancy. I didn't work out my first trimester because I didn't want to overdue it. I was used to doing Jillian Michaels workouts. I knew I couldn't do those while pregnant due to the intensity. Luckily, I found your plan when I was 14 weeks. I am currently 21 weeks. I feel so strong and looked toned even as I am putting on weight. I haven't missed many days and this is the most consistent I have been with any workout plan. I feel like your videos are helping me prepare for the physical demands of labor. I can't wait to try your 12-week postpartum plan! Thanks again!

It’s so refreshing to see a yoga/exercise teacher who has a proper full belly … sick and tired of feeling like a blimp with these skinny pregnant women haha. That aside, how you do these moves with that belly is impressive! I’ve always been inflexible so can barely do anything even without the basketball on my stomach. Thanks for sharing. And no, totally not unprofessional to have your babies with us. This isn’t a business meeting.

When you said you were 33 weeks I was like how!?! Your movement flows like water girl! I’m currently 33 weeks and 1 day today and I am realizing just how tight my body truly is after completing this routine. However! I loved it! Very gentle yet on point with every area in the body. I think I triggered some heartburn at the end with the on the back moves but I made it through 🎉 you rock Ashley! ❤

Thank you for doing a stretching video and not a yoga video. I think most people associate yoga as stretching but as a Christian, practicing yoga is considered worshiping Hindu gods because that’s essentially what it is. Anyways I appreciate this video so much!

Yoga isn't considered to worship Hindu gods but gods in general. It's about connection with ourselves. Body and mind connection. Yes we chant hindu mantras as a part of yoga but thats just because of the vibration it creates. But trust me when i say this ive been teaching yoga for 2 years now and u have muslim cristian students as well and they are liking it. Please don't associate yoga with worshiping hindu god. Its worshiping our mind and body ✨😄

Hey GlowBody PT what an inspiration you're on many levels. I do have a question. Have you ever had any risk factors in your pregnancy? If so, how did you go about continuing to workout and maintain fitness. Or do you have any advise around this. Of course people always say talk to your Dr before doing anything.

I'm 38 weeks with my second baby and love this routine, as well as all your plans (I've done them all at least once now!). Quick question: do you have any guidance about stretching postpartum before the 6 weeks "all clear"? Last time I remember feeling antsy and really wanting to stretch out hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, inner thighs, etc. before the six-week postpartum mark, but wasn't sure if that was okay or not. Would love to hear your recommendation! Thanks so much for all your videos and work

FTM here! Great stretch & workout video. I had a rough 1st trimester which left me in bed/couch most the day so now 23 weeks in I'm feeling great trying to get my body ready for labor. I'm beyond out of shape and can't do a lot of the stretches correctly but working on it! PS: Love that you put God first! This is my miracle baby I've been waiting on so trying to do everything possible for smooth/easy delivery! Thanks!

I also workout while my kids are playing around so I love that this video was so normal! ❤ Other videos are good too but I workout at home with the little ones while pregnant. 😊 This is motivating that It's okay and you don't have to go to the gym to get some exercise in. ❤❤

I'm really thankful for your workout videos! This one made my groin hurt really intensely afterward through the next day, is it possible to be overstretching the groin due to relaxin hormone? The other stretching video I don't have pelvic pain with afterward. Again love the pilates and trying some other workouts. I'm 34 weeks. God bless you!

Ill be turning 28 weeks tomorrow i stopped working out once i found out i was pregnant bc i lowkey got a little lazy lol but im gonna start doing these exercises since i start my 3rd trimester tomorrow. Pregnant with my first baby 😊

This is awesome! I’m almost due and haven’t really felt confident in knowing of how much to stretch my body as it changes much of the time. This was probably the deepest I allowed myself to explore in the stretches and it felt SO good! Mentally relaxing and physically opening. Perfect! I’m ready to have an even easier (home) birth experience and as my body is more prepared!!! 🙏🏽🎉☀️💜 (of course I’ve been doing many other things too, as you described, and this is now part of my daily routine until birth! Yah!). Love everything you are about! 💜

Hi Ashley! I am new here and have been following your prenatal training schedule for only a few weeks. I am almost 30 weeks on my third pregnancy. I would NOT describe myself as the athletic type. haha! I didn't ever do a formal work out until after my first was born (5 years ago). I have focused on low impact work outs (yoga and swimming) due to some health issues. Because of those same issues, I'm usually unable to work out year around. All that to say, I can get discouraged because of the "two steps forward, one step back" nature of my fitness journey. But with third baby on the way, I feel the desire to be as healthy and strong as possible for my children! I'm planning to finish your prenatal training and your recommended videos up to L&D. As a reward for sticking with it, I hope to purchase your 12 week post pregnancy plan. I really want to stick with it even though this is so new to me! I appreciate your videos - your example in mothering and your faith in God are so encouraging.
