This Power Stroke gauge package features a Diesel Boost Gauge, EGT Pyrometer Gauge, and Trans Temp Gauge, with the option of installing a Fuel Pressure Gauge in place of the transmission temperature gauge. Also included is a Super Duty Pillar Gauge Pod created specifically for the factory A-pillar of any 2011-2016 6.7L Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350. This pod is available in Black, Factory Color Matched Gray, and Factory Color Matched Tan. We selected this set of gauges for the installation video based on feedback from our Tech Team, who recommended these gauges and pod as being optimal for the 11-16 6.7L Power Stroke.
We kick off the installation of these Super Duty gauges by installing a Boost Line Fitting and then inserting the Boost Line into this threaded ferrule fitting. From there we move on to installing the EGT probe, first confirming that the EGR is deleted and then removing the EGR Block Off Plate to replace it with our Pyrometer EGT Plate Kit Adapter. We then install the Electronic Transmission Temperature Sensor by removing the Transmission Test Port Bolt and installing our Temperature Sensor Adapter, threading the sensor into the adapter. If you’re installing the Fuel Pressure Sensor, we also recommend adding our Fuel Pressure Big Line Kit which replaces the hard fuel line between the secondary fuel filter and vapor control valve (VCV).
Once the sensors and fittings are in place we add all three gauges to the triple pillar Super Duty gauge pod, installing the pod as a complete replacement of the factory A-pillar. This video will walk you through every detail of the process step-by-step and provide a complete breakdown of everything needed to install our F-250/F-350 Super Duty gauges and pod.
