@@indusharma2639 maine Calciferol, vitamin D3 ka injection lia thah...shin bone mein hamesha pain rehta thah aur football khelta thah to maar lag jaati thi...pain rehta thah. ye suppliment lene se shin bone chala gaya, walking bohot zyada kar sakta hoon, overall bone health is really nice.

the recommendation from supplementation perspective is good but the company of the product that you are promoting is questionable. testified did a test for nveda fish oil and found zero content.
