This bread is gluten free! It is dense and delicious. It makes a great open faced sandwich. Choose your favorite spread and make a delicious meal. This bread makes great toast too.
This recipe was inspired by the cookbook "WHOLE" by Natural Harry. I will link the book below if you are interested in purchasing it. The cookbook is full of delicious whole food recipes that are easy to cook and full of nutrition.
Here is your recipe.
Grap a mixing bowl and add the following.
3 cups of gluten free oats
1/2 cup each, sesame seeds, chia seeds, psyllium fiber, pumpkin seeds
1TBS ground flaxseed
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups warm water
1TBS maple syrup
Put the oats, seeds, baking powder and salt into your mixing bowl. Add the maple syrup to the water then add that to the bowl.
Mix well and press the mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees (with convection on) for 30 minutes. If you don't have convection, add 5 more minutes. After 30 minutes, take the loaf out, remove the parchment. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and bake another 25-30 minutes. When done, cool on a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
