These cloudy, fluffy gluten-free soufflé pancakes, perfect for a fun and delicious kiddo breakfast or an afternoon treat. Follow along with me 💕 to create these light and airy pancakes that everyone will love! 🥞

Ingredients
Make 8-10 pancakes
🥞Yolk mixture
-6 Egg yolks
-60 grams Milk
-30 grams Canola oil
-1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
-85 grams Arrowroot flour
-100 grams Unrefined sugar
🥞Meringue
-9 Egg whites
-3 teaspoons Vinegar
🥞Fry on non stick pan and low heat , ~ 3-4 minutes each side, or until batter is set and turns golden brown
