Loved seeing the organic farm. My two grandfathers did that and they didnt know they were organic farmers. One was born in 1880 ane the other was born 1877.

Food looks great and I’ll try it. It didn’t make me happy that the chickens are not allowed to free-range. That’s the best, in addition to organic natural feed.

This recipe gave me an idea. What if we stuff the tomatoes with the croutons, zaatar, olive oil and feta cheese. I think that will taste fantastic!!! 😊

I do mine like stuffed peppers 💯 Husband absolutely loathes peppers of any kind (I don't understand why) but he also can't have seeds so this dish works out perfectly instead of stuffed peppers. We're fortunate to have these beefsteaks year round here in SW Florida 👌

These are considered "free range chickens." Just buy the cheapest eggs you can buy. Can't imagine they're treated any better.
