Especially since you never know if the owners are responsible and there are tons of horror stories of pet owners and their animals just destroying the apartment and leaving so much damage for the owner to fix when the renters move out. It’s not unreasonable for landlords to want to safeguard their properties from those kinds of incidents Pets just come with a buttload of different problems and it’s fine if their owners are responsible but there’s a pretty high chance of getting ones that have no common sense. I think one of the reasons they felt ok with letting her adopt was because they’ve known her long enough to be assured that she would be a responsible pet owner.

Very true! They are pro's. Cats are very affectionate animals sensitive as well. You wouldn't notice that with some cats but they all are sensitive.

A stray cat had her babies on my back porch. The mama cat and one of her baby's are still mine 12 years later. I found homes for the other 3. My cats live in my home and sleep on my bed.❤

My friend was looking for a kitten. He described the kitten he chose; a rambunctious, funny, perfect kitten. He also described a kitten he felt so sad for; crouched in the corner, ignored, scared of his shadow. I insisted he return and choose the sad cat. The perfect kitten would have no problem finding a home. 5 years later and that once sad cat is the joy and light of his life. ❤️
