Do they sell the activator shutter separately do you know ?

No. The actuator is together with the shutter grille.

What if my shutters are stuck in the open position? Will it affect my fuel economy?

No problem. Its just letting air in to cool down the engine better faster.

How important are tye shutters? Is it necessary to get ot fixed right away?

The grille just direct air in to cool the engine. It doesnt hurt the engine. You dont have to replace but the check engine light will be on.

@@jefferyryan7232I’ve noticed a huge difference in fuel economy, especially on the highway. I’m glad I’m not the only one 😅 no remote start is also a bitch in Northern Canada in the winter 😂

@Ah_Duuu_Ma I replaced the Active shutter grill, and I've tried to clear the code, but it will not clear the engine light. It's still on. Does this have to be flashed by the dealer to erase the code?

@@jeffcoleuc Don't need to be refresh or anything. Clear code normally, if not clear try disconnect negative and positive terminal on the battery and touch the 2 terminals together for 5 seconds and it should clear and reset everything.

Is there a fuse for the shutters?

I try to look up shutter grille fuse on my computer info. Theres no info on it. I dont think theres a fuse for it, check the engine fuse box cover it they have it labeled.

I keep having the same problem!!! Wish there was a way for it to auto close when turned off, after the fans shut down- to keep these damn wrens out!!!

P2635 is fuel pump & level sensor shorted to control circuit - replace the fuel tank fuel pump module. P2101 is throttle actuator position performance - replace throttle body and perform idle relearn. P059F is active shutter grille air shutter 1 performance - replace the active shutter grille.
