Today we’re doing a more intense ballet barre which is honestly my favorite! I’ve tried to create something I would be comfortable doing every day going back in shape or just keeping up with ballet muscle work - more of a stamina challenge, longer combinations but still not too fast paying attention to all of the little details. Today we’re also incorporating lots of port de bras and arms coordination which I’ve been finding really beneficial lately! Hope you enjoy and as always please leave your feedback in the comments!!

Dear Maria, I did ballet as a teen and quit unfortunately due to covid. I've lost a bunch of skills and flexibility over that time, but thanks to you, I've been following your classes and workouts and I can say I'm almost just as good as I was back then! Thanks for the amazing class. Sorry I didn't notice there was a last bit of the video left. Upon my second view I left the Video playing after the barre and found out your sharing at the end. Thank you for the free service you do. You are supporting Ballet in his essence wich is something spiritual, Ballet is not beautiful because of only some got the true knowledge for themselves but i say, one of the reasons, it s because it s a difficult art, wich brings something deep and trascendental 🙏🙏

Мария, узнали недавно, что вышла Ваша книга! Поздравляем, это огромное дело, предисловие прочла. Очень интеренсо, и очень нужно - с точки зрения тела, фитнеса таких материалов о балете не было! Книга Вагановой мною прочитала давно, и с удовольствием, хотя занималась балетом только в детстве (правда, с балериной из Кировского). Продается ли книга вне России? на амазоне? На русландии? Не могу найти! Меня еще поразили текущие ядом отзывы на книгу, совершенно дико предвзятые. Вы такая молодец, что держитесь против этого потока грязи... В общем, мы купили бы Вашу книгу с удовольствием.

I am italiano Sorry. Metodo vaganova fantastico eseguito alla perfezione. Piroette però non mi piacciono perché sembrano eseguite con posizione del busto in releve quando plie e viceversa. Fantastici i salti in Grand jete veramente complimenti per il eccezionale talento artistico e bellezza.🙂

Dear Maria, you`re videos and classes are so helpful! Do you have any stretches for IT band and outer hips? These are always so tight for me and I´m looking for some stretching exercises. Thanks for all your work and lots of love!! =)

Look into some massage techniques such as using a tennis ball as a pressure point to softly stretch that band while lying on the floor. Also if you have perhaps scar tissue you can have a Massage Therapist do some cross fiber deep massage to help break that up and lengthen the new fibers.

Just observé Her Attitude of calm and peace during Her class. Look please those feet Made of soft material she Is for ever the Best in past present and future tense. Bravooooooo and tjhank You. Is unbelievable how ver excersises have modified my old body. My arms hard to extend now aré longer my back day by day was deformed and now I am extremely happy to notice that I am endeavoring my corpse. I was student during 10 years with very important prof but the life push oneself very far from dance and now I commenced to look at the videos and finally a Miracle ...I Challenged myself to prove if I was capable to begin excercises and I amhere again at home in a large room with the mágic of Khoreva technique. Thank You again dearest Maria. I am Also called Maria.The future Is yours. The future Is for young People.

Is there simple exercise in ballet that's strictly for females? Is there anything a male would look ridiculous doing? I'm just beginning, and it's embarrassing enough but physically so relaxing and rewarding I've said life's too short not to.
