man you blow all these new asmr artists right outta the water when it comes to creativity and true asmr. anyone can figure out a few triggers and then mix them up to make 50 different videos but you have been killing the game for a long time now. I remember first watching you in 2014 as a teenager freshman year and now I'm almost 25. times flies!! you deserve a few million more followers and title king of asmr ephemeral!!!

Uncle Rift's asmr always cheers me up so much, it's so unusual and fun most of the time, and even the normal videos for sleep are made with such great attention to details. He cares so much about his community and it makes me feel so happy to be a part of it

Those 'old plastic' groans that come from the camera handling - and now the old calculator - are my favorite trigger. i used to do that with my old toys as a kid and loved the sound. Great triggers uncle E!

Hey ER! I just wanted to thank you. I haven’t watched in awhile, but I discovered your channel back about 2 years ago when I was very depressed. I could never fall asleep even taking heavy sleep medication. The only thing that worked was your videos. Thankyou so much. I believe you played an essential part in my recovery. I now can sleep freely without any assistance. But every once in a while I’ll watch one of your videos because of the quality and creativity! Thanks again man

Is it possible for you to make another ASMR video on the topic of Mental Health? I've seen 2 of them you've made and they are amazing. You are a great source of comfort and your videos on mental health, anxiety, and depression help a lot. Another great video and thank you 🙏 edit: the section where you remove thoughts is great lmao, funny and relaxing. i like how on one time, the thought you pull is strong and hard to control when held, but was easily blown away, it says a lot :D

I think that Rift is WAY too underrated as an asmrtist. He has such a calm voice, which is unique for someone like me that doesn't get tingles with regular triggers. Whispering is the way to go for me and I thank Rift for providing this to us🙏🙏

I don’t think Rift has done this yet, but I think it would be a cool video idea nonetheless: a choose your own adventure ASMR story where the video in question utilized the end video cards to link to other “unlisted” video links that’ll continue the ASMR experience in some form or fashion. The experience will be 100% the viewers choice and there could be many different outcomes; making any given experience with that video personalized to some extent.

It's a cool idea but it would take quite a bit more effort to make then normal. Probably at least five times the amount of time put in to get a reasonable video length going down any one path. Also Er's videos are made for both sleep and tingles, so to make something that requires you to be awake to touch the screen would go against his video making philosophy. One more thing is the KZfaq side of things, KZfaq wants watch time and Er's long videos are good for this, however the first video would be much shorter and therefore less watch time leading it performing worse and being suggested less.

I found out about you with these beer reviews , good time these videos , sad that you stopped them but good thing you don’t drink anymore (don’t actually know if you do from time to time) but I would love a good old classic beer review! I miss the carpet scratching to! Or when you joined us with the camera under the couche with a meal , good times!

I'm going through a rough time lately and this was the first time in 3 days i was able to eat and keep it in as i always throw up during a panic attack the last few days.
