England?? Weak at CB, and def mid. Only one proven 9, and LBs are injured. CB is an issue too. If two from Pickford Stones Rice Kane -get injured, then they don't get out of the group stage. England have no cover for the team's spine. Plus a dreadful manager who hasn't addressed this issue.

Corrections for France Among those mentioned as centre forwards Alexandre Lacazette hasn't played for France since his 16th cap in 2017. Wissam Ben Yedder and Christopher Nkunku haven't played for France since June 2022 Also, Nkunku is has been suffering from repetitive injuries since late 2022. Antoine Griezmann is primarily the leading midfielder, the element connecting the team together, even though his versatility is useful in the attack. Among the defenders William Saliba has sadly never been very convincing with France in spite of his excellence with Arsenal. Also, Ibrahima Konaté AND Dayot Upamecano have been the leading centrebacks for France since the last World Cup and Rafael Varane international retirement. Nonetheless, Didier Deschamps is starting to give him more trust, and with Upamecano currently injured, Saliba might have his chance. Clément Lenglet hasn't played for France since his 15th cap in November 2021. Pierre Kalulu hasn't played for France for over a year. Jean-Clair Todibo only has 2 caps for France last November : the 2-1 loss to Germany where he was exposed, and the 14-0 hammering of Gibraltar, where he didn't have much to do.
