Thanks@qtcindrella6803 for watching and supporting my channel. It can be 2 things 1)potato mash was too wet. after boiling, the potatoes need to wating till it get cool down .2) your oil was too hot. It has to be 170°c and must not fry for longer because all ingredients are already cooked, or you can do flat pattie like a buger instead of round balls and shallow fry
