We Hispanics call them “PAPAS RELLENAS”! We also make a ground beef stuffing with sofrito, garlic. Ground Cumin, Oregano, Paprika, Black Pepper, Olives and raisins, and we use stuff the mashed potatoes with the Picadillo and continue with same process as you do and fry them until nice and golden brown and crispy! I’m watching many of your cooking tutorials and I’m noticing majority of your cooking has Spanish influences! Thank your for your very nice videos!

Both methods of frying work, but you have to try deep frying for that amazing crunch on all sides 😍

Wendy i just made these so yummy. Thank you for sharing. Deep frying makes it awesome. I also tried your bread pudding but my goodness forgot to add the milk only added condensed milk and realised after i took it off the oven. What a disaster will try again some other time

Just a couple of queries .. The breadcrumbs you have used are Panko breadcrumbs? ... The cup measure used by you in this and all your recipes is 250 ml?...Really appreciate your patience in responding...God Bless!!!

I have never heard of POTATO CHOPS before, and I am not a big lover of mash potato, but seeing your recipe and I’m thinking YUM YUM YUM … this looks delicious and easy.
