Hey guys welcome to my channel. Today’s vlog is recipe of goan beef and pork stew and daily vlog.
Beef and pork stew ingredients:
3 carrots peeled and chopped in cubes
3 potatoes peeled and chopped in cubes
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup macaroni
3 Maggie cubes
3 tbsp garlic ginger paste
2 cinnamon sticks 3 “
7 cloves
3 medium sized chopped onions
700 grams pork belly without skin (diced)
700 grams beef (diced)
Salt as per taste
5 tbsp oil

No I don’t add tomatoes. This recipe has been thought to me by my mom and We normally do not add tomatoes to pork dishes. And I guess since this recipe contains pork she avoided tomatoes. So I follow exactly the way she does.
