I appreciate your way of cooking and explaining.We Goans don't put cashew nuts and condensed milk.But it's one's choice.Thank you A few cloves and pepper would be nice.

Oh Aunty are you making tea or butter chicken? We never used. I use milkmaid for my tea ☕ and cashew paste for my delicious Butter chicken 🐣. Dev borem koru

It's not right to use lime , tomato . It will taste sour . Then the seasoning of cinnamon, pepper and cloves can be powdered and added. Then she can make a slurry of little flour and milk . If I have to consume it next day I don't use milk because the stew gets spoilt. But I use lot of onion at least 5 onions for that much meat so that the stew doesn't become dry or watery .You don't even require Maggie. Any new person making stew with this recipe will get it wrong . But no cashew nuts or condensed milk it will become Mithai .
