Oil - As needed
Rava - As needed
Outer Masala:
Turmeric Powder - 1 tspn
Red Chili Powder/Cayenne - 3/4th tspn
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tspn for color, Optional
Water - To make paste
Inner Masala:
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1 tspn
Red Chili Powder/Cayenne - 3/4th tspn
Salt - to taste
Grind using less water: Dhaniya bunch, 3 cloves garlic, small piece of ginger, 2 green Chillies, tamarind - 1 tspn
