Goan Chakho is also called Kuvlyachi bhaji
Serves: 8-10 ( In the video, I mentioned 4-5 people assuming lunch & dinner )
Ingredients:
Tender Jackfruit - 800 gms
Green Chillies - 3
Green Vatana - handful, soaked for 3 hours
Salt
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil
Hing - 1/4th tspn
Mustard Seeds - 1 tspn
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1.5 tspn or to taste
Pepper Powder - to taste
