Muga Gathi is an authentic Goan vegan gravy prepared from green gram beans. This gravy is prepared during the festival of Ganesh and spiritual pujas performed by the Goan Hindu communities.

Ingredients used:
One and half cup of sprouted mug or green gram beans.
I cup grated coconut
3 to four green chillies
1 chopped tomato
Salt , tumeric, peppercons as per taste
1 tablespoon of garam masala
1 spoon of jaggery
Curry leaves, mustard seeds, hing (Asafoetida) and oil for tadka.
