Hello Everyone!
Today I have come to you with a special Goan sweet raw mango chutney that has a beautiful balance of sweet, sour, and spice. This recipe is not only lip-smackingly delicious but also brings back fond memories of summer vacations in Goa.
Although I made this recipe in a small quantity you may double or triple the ingredients to make a larger batch which I'm sure you would regret if you'd made a smaller one. The sweet mango chutney can not only be eaten as an accompaniment with the usual rice and curry but also eaten by itself.
This chutney can stay good for several months in an airtight container for several months. Which I'm sure it will not as it's such a hit!
