Regarding dating of megalithic construction: is it feasible for a T-pillar to be lifted out of its socket, bubble-wrapped/air-supported/strapped and carefully winched up, so that the bottom of the socket can be scraped for any small airborne vegetable material that may have blown in during construction? If any vegetable material (microscopic) is found, could that not be dated? Could not these T-pillar sockets potentially have acted as time-capsules?

Well done gentlemen. This topic excites me to my ancient core. We need more eyes on those so people can offer their perspectives. The more ideas the better. Then we can eliminate them and narrow it down to the most feasible options. I got the notion during one viewing of some video of one of the sites that maybe there was a significance to the percentage of the vertical stone T pillars exposed in relation to the cobblestone walls for the purpose of representing some significant point in time during the Great Year or a certain season or periodicity. I just do not have all the data to make that observation or to link that idea to the layout of those pillars. I think every detail must be noted by someone capable of noting high resolution details without bias or priority. They need fresh eyes on the project and you guys are definitely part of that equation now. I will be around.

@Rambizzy well TBF the reason for not digging any further is speculation on your behalf, and also Jimmy. I feel it might have more to do with they have at least 40 other sites similar to GT and KT where excavation hasn't even started. I would check in to see what Lee Clare thinks about the decision to stop digging any further at GT. He is the lead archaeologists at the site, and for a mainstream guy I thought he was fairly open minded.

Thanks for another great video and presentation, hope everything went well for you at the summit. In regards to dating all sites why can't use solar luminescence dating be done on the undersides of the blocks? Isn't it a simple as covering an area so no sunlight can enter, lifting up a block then dating the underside? For Gobekli Tepe this would be just lifting the t-pillars and then dating the centre of where they were. Same thing could be done with the pillars at the Osirion. Then for all Pyramids section off and area of the outside and go 2-3 blocks deep for good measure. For the later, they can start with the lesser visited Pyramids to perfect the techniques involved before moving onto the main 3 at Giza.

I guess I was a real music $1ut.. I had a good pickup on each of three fiddles, but I had felt oppressed in 1973 having to lug around the pre-amp for the FRAP piezoelectric pickup ---> Flat Response Acoustic Pickup, based on heart-monitoring technology. The Pre-amp was 10 gauge 8-inch cube stainless steel housing that used FOUR 9-volt MERCURY batteries ($10 each) that had to be replaced *_EVERY fer-Pete's-sake WEEK!_* Fifty years later there are probably Dozens of decent pickups, even the brands that used to be the Radio Shack house specials. I had two fiddles w the J.R. Baggs system and used'em for more than a decade. _When I think of all the High-End Sound Equipment you have to lug around... I'm ashamed to admit it, but _*_I'm glad I was an ANIMATOR for my alleged Career._* (The companies that hired animators supplied the computers, software and cubicles, Ankle shackles and IV amphetamine drip to keep us from nodding off.)

PPN peeps did not build them. In my opinion. One way that we might determine for certain is if we reopen the entire area to research and exploration! The world economic forum (WEF) folks are trying to shut it down! Save Gobekli Tepi…. Demand more research! There are sites just like Gobekli Tepe all over that area that need to be excavated! Don’t let them stop research! Who do they think they are?
@jacksprat6391

I totally think the PPN peoples just found the megaliths, and then built enclosures around it, utilizing the enclosure walls to stand up and support pillars that they had found broken/fallen.

Good work! Im a geologist/teacher with a unique idea about these sites. I think the T-pillars and surrounding stones represent real people in their bands, family members most likely. I noticed that some of the pillars have carved arms and hands on them, like they are in a human form. Each pillar is carved with information describing that person, such as astronomical time scales maybe for their birth or death times of the year, animal carvings maybe telling of an important event or story about an encounter during their lives? Each circle of stones is a separate family or band? What are your thoughts on the idea?

It's absolutely fascinating how similar the H symbols on the T pillar "belts" are to the H blocks at Tiawanku. Initials maybe? And I'm thinking that a constructive use of AI might be to estimate erosion rates based on historical and environmental conditions.

so the "T Pillars" are for sure not made from the bed rock? Just thinking since they knew how to do high relief art why wouldn't they be able to carve out a standing pillar as they create a flat base to be the floor of the enclosure. Or is there a known quarry where all the the t pillars came from? cause it would make sense to create the pillars by removing the surrounding bedrocks leading a standing lab of bedrock that broke off over the 10k years being buried.

Considering the whole larger site appears to be “hands-off” and under new WEF ownership - I’d say we have a very long time to ponder what happened here. The segment about the midden should touch on the fact that nearly none of the site has been excavated and the long term plans to do so are dubious. Maybe they did place megaliths where your arrows are pointing to - we have no way to verify that now - at least not for several decades. This topic has been reduced from a major breakthrough discovery to a petty cash cow.

Kyle! I think it looks obvious the pillars are very ancient. They have to find a way to date these things... It would be very interesting - don't know if it's been done yet, to just map the megalithic stuff, ignore all the old stone and rough brick work and see what's there then. I'd LOVE to know how old these things really are - all the curios from around the world, with their handbags, long fingers, staring stances... What was going on?! And what the heck 'n' hell happened to end it all? Q? Have they found the source of the pillars, or did they come from the site? Course the answer to the age could be in the Midden - 50' accumulation -how many inches per year? Besides the old points, surely there must be seed, bone and plant waste - in fact, couldn't the shells be dated? What you need, I s'pose is to find a T on the floor, then test what's beneath... It is fascinating but rather worrying when you look at who's bank rolling the site... Very worrying... Good luck! Have fun... I hear Howard, et al have a new paper out, perhaps you could review that with him - while you're there, for future 'sode. Exciting to hear Marty is on a roll!

when they say the future generations. they could mean whoever survives the coming cataclysm we are on time for. the galactic magnetic field that causes the earth to have a pole flip, as well as the sun. using probes nasa has out, anyone can do that math and see its going to be in 2030 sometimes. may cause earth to rotate 90 degrees, floods, the magnetosphere will weaken. more solar and galactic energy will excite the rock underground, causing volcanoes. there is dusts at each 6 k apex as we reach this that we are meassuring more dust in the atmosphere. not to mention when the sun does this, it will weaken a but and do a macronova, blasting the shell of dust right at us. wonder where the impacts come from every single cataclysm cycle, that would be it. the storms on the other planets are going crazy like never before. normally one has to get close to the sun to get energy for its storm, and it went off a decade early. Me thinkgs they know we are out of time, the poles are going to flip. so leave it for whomever survives. which would make them the good guys, so clearly im wrong. throw out that idea. Dunno what I was thinking, sheesh
