both descendants of the house of Wettin the Royal house of Belgium is called van België but officially they remain von Saxe-Coburg-Gotha of the other hand yes william and the queens dcnts are of the house of Windsor but they belong to the royal house of Mountbatten who is a branch of the house of Battenberg and wo is a branch fron the royal house of Gluksburg but hey long story short is what you said
