அருமையான கோதுமை உப்புமா. எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்தமான உணவு. என்ன தான் fast food ( அவசர உணவு) இருந்தாலும். பாரம்பரியமான கோதுமை உப்புமா பாட்டியின் கை வண்ணம் மற்றும் பாட்டியின் புன்னகையை மிஞ்சிய வேர உணவு இல்லை. தம்பியின் பாடல் மிகவும் அருமை மிக்க நன்றி இருவருக்கும் 🙏🏽.

Very nicely done by the duo 👌🏼👌🏼 yes it will be very tasty and this tasty upma is better even for diabetic patients as it is wheat rava so as you said pizza and others can be had only for taste and that too they spoil health if taken frequently so they don’t stand a chance with this upma.

I have tried this upma today morning, it came out well(taste is perfect). Only thing... I roasted rava (4mins) with vegetables like u mentioned, so the final texture was little bit altered, as it gets roasted in oil it was not that much light and soft instead little bit roasted and hard in texture. Those who want it soft and mushy (especially for elders) should roast it separately and we can add it in the boiling water. otherwise everything is perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe ma..🙏
