The Black was a really good show that really needed to be drawn out more and also I think the whole Kaiju tracking thing was an exclusive thing between Boy and Apex because Apex Drifted with Boy multiple times so that may be attributed to some sort of remnant of a link that can let Apex sense Boy’s distress and general location and/or Boy used that link to call for Apex’s help since it seems those two are rather “close”

I do think that Mega Kaiju could take this one. Mainly because Apex's main advantages are movement based, and given how the Mega Kaiju dealt with Sabre Athena, who also relies on speed, with relative ease. Edit: I haven't seen The Black yet, so I'm going purely off of info from this video. (Yes, I've seen uprising)

@@darkmatternermoxI was about to make this point but legit apex is capable of a fast full sprint, with Saber Athena only being capable of a slow run, its speed revolves around it’s ability to attack faster. Basically, an organic, cyborg thing would be faster than a machine

Off topic: Breacher is possibly the most underrated kaiju in the entire franchise. To start off, Atlas destroyer is one of the most durable jaegers since it shrugged off tons of attacks from other kaijus, and Breacher just completely pancaked it with little to no effort, what Breacher did to Atlas is far worse than anything Slattern did for example. And all of this while probably not even using 100% of his power For example, he completely bulldozed a boulder of almost his same size as if it was made of paper. While Slattern did something similar, he used all of his limbs and tails to gain momentum as he did it underwater, while Breacher only had his legs to gain momentum

After seeing what Megakaiju did, I'd be scared for anything fighting it to get hit once. Every Jaeger fell apart like paper to its attacks. Apex seems plenty fast and agile enough for that though, I would bet on him more often than not.

Yeah to be ho est it was anybody’s game in this fight Apex is fast as hell and has fought a RIDICULOUS amount of kaiju and jaegers But again Mega kaiju has the size strength and attack potency to 2 or 4 Tap apex Awesome pacific rim video man! I’ll definitely be excited for more in the future 😁

The Mega Kaiju is smarter than it’s given credit for. Since during its fight against Gipsy Avenger, the MK aimed its tail stab at the jaeger’s head, most likely knowing a jaeger’s com-pod is its biggest weakness, idk if that was the case or if it was just a lucky shot

I fully agree with this outcome. I can also understand the Mega Kaiju winning too as Apex isn’t the most densely built but I can be positive to say he is more well built than Saber Athena. I can still see the Mega Kaiju being able to easily tear through Apex. One concern is the use of the Mega kaiju’s quills and use of kinetic energy. Apex would be going into the battle blind as he has never seen a kaiju like the Mega before and he wouldn’t know the fact Mega can throw back the absorbed. Meaning Apex could end up getting seriously hurt or thrown back quite a bit. Also quills may be an issue or at least a distraction.

The main thing apex has going for him is battle experience. He may is just be a nother kiju drone but he lived a lot longer than any of his kin. But again he is just as fragile as all the other kiju Drones. Thats why he dies from the damege done to him after reversing the kiju kid's brainwashing. Apex could lose very quickly to the mega kiju if he gets grabbed because he lacks durability but has better speed and movement to avoid most of his slower attacks.

Apex was such a cool character. Wish it didn’t die, but it did it just so Boy could be free, and I think that’s beautiful. Kinda feels like a callback to previous kaiju/giant monster films with the giant robot/monster forming a bond with a child.

I have a question, how does legendary godzilla evolve? Like as in what drives him to needing a new form ? And also it seems that he’s evolved himself into a similar shape as mechagodzilla, corporal wise Skinny waist area, larger arms a somewhat larger head, a weaponised tail and finally a new more spiney hide And also is it weird that godzillas plates just are always pink now? Like now glowing but it looks like soft skin ? Not hating the pink im just asking because im genuinely confused about how he went from chonky blue bou to lean pink boi ?
