THREE great exercises for a quick upper body workout with GoFit Flat Bands! gofit.net/coll...
Repeat each exercise 3 times:
• Seated Rows 00:00 - 15reps: Sitting on the floor with your legs out straight in front of you, place the band around your feet. Holding each end with each hand, pull back until your elbows are 90 degrees. Keeping your elbows close to the body each repetition.
• Alternating Front Raises 00:14 - 10reps each arm : Standing, place the band under one foot. Holding each end of the band with each hand, alternate raise each arm in front of you. Making sure to keep your arms straight but elbows soft.
• Bicep Curls 00:29 - 12reps each arm: Standing, place the band under one foot. Holding each end of the band with each hand, alternate curling each arm.
