I like those shoes you are wearing.. Interesting moves… I am going to keep less impact. Question: is there any disadvantage or negatives when compared to rope version. As a novice I don’t see it, but as an expert/personal trainer you may think of something ? Thanks for the share.

Resistance band systems are awesome! They give you just as good of a challenge if not more and you get the befits of full range of motion which is better for joints and ligaments

It is usually best practice to alternate days training different muscle groups (different workouts) to let the muscles you worked repair and grow. When it comes to recovery days, usually every 3rd or 5th day is best, but be sure to listen to your body and rest when needed. Excellent idea. I was injured in a car accident. Weight bearing causes pain. Never thought of using ropeless on a rebounder.
