An “interactive app” people can “watch on the train”… like what does that even mean? It’s so vague, it’s not like an app where items can be purchased or even created (that would be a cool one, being able to design your jewelry on an app and then taking it into the store to see if they could do it/how much it would cost)

You don't get to decide if something is good or useful after you make a simple agreement to build an app. All kinds of contracts for good and services end up being disappointing or not useful, but that wasn't the agreement.

Not what the agreement was. This was a simple contracts case and pretty easy to decide. The two actual attorneys in the program came to the same conclusion. Trax blew it by asking for an extremely vague service and thus the case was simple to decide.

Same. I'll miss this show, but I have my annoyances about every Judge like on Hot Bench and even Judge Judy. She isn't entitled to freak when someone does the same to her. Don't talk back to a Judge, haha watch me. If I were a plaintiff or defendant, and they were being rude or disrespectful towards me, I'll have to teach them something about being civil. Just watch Criminal court Judges when they sentence someone before heading to court, they can use contempt whenever they want. Their videos are on here. Corruption. I still enjoy this show. Btw, I've heard that Family court Judges are the worst.

These are two young articulate dudes with actual highly marketable skills and talents. A big difference from the litigants I’ve seen lately, which included a man who paid money to be in a Who’s Who, and another man who claimed to be a lawyer because he has watched so many episodes of this show. 😅

You can’t just give someone a “password” for an app ffs, it needs to be tested and put on the Apple Store and updated constantly, judge is out of her depth here somewhat. It’s not a one and done thing like painting a fence.
