Hey guys, welcome back to another video. This video is personal to me as there has been a big change in my life recently. I am going through a break up after being with someone for almost 3 years. It's a difficult and painful process but something I need to experience. I decided to document my experience in hopes that it will help anyone going through the same thing and to remind you that you are NOT alone.
I'm taking this time to grow and learn more about myself. Sometimes we lose ourselves in a relationship, and I'm definitely guilty of that. But a break up, no matter how painful and difficult, can be used to change your life for the better.

Salamat for sharing, you seem like a strong person, keep going forward where you'll find the man of your dreams. It happened to me as well, it took a while to heal, and I met my now husband. I'm sure some Adobo will make you feel better!
