I totally get your complex with dark circles and I suffer from the same! I am your skin tone and suffer from terrible pigmentation that I always try to cover with. Concealers that do the trick are the tarte shape tape, too faced sculpting concealer, nars radiant creamy concealer. I use Jackie ainas trick to let the concealer dry up a bit and then blend it together. It actually ensures the complete coverage rather than when it’s moist. Plus I use the morphe g20 brush to tap he concealer to blend it in rather than a beauty blender. For some reason the beauty blender always reduces the coverage!! Phew, long comment but hope this helps!
