I used to use that jet dry a lot. However I had a lot of bubbles when L would recirculate. Since fine gld can ride on bubbles and the mess it created, I found something that does'nt make bubbles and it's found in almost every shower in America; hair rinse. It really wets the water and you can recirculate all day. It works great. Everybody that has tried it loves it. Cheaper or is that less expensive. Thumbs up guitar man.

i have a 1/4 of a bucket from there still havent panned it lol. ill work on it maybe this weekend. still new at this, i just hope i do it right. i pulled this dirt from the same area you were, maybe about 20yards towards the bridge.

If your ever around Portland, Oregon. Well go out on a river. "Cheeney creek." Known as "Chin creek" 140 years ago. Alot of minerals here.

Nice gold man.👍 I think a lot of people who watch our channels can't subscribe for what ever reason or leave comments. I was wondering do you watch any of my videos these days about gold? I've got a busy year planned with colabs of people with channels who are just starting out but have a lot of geology knowledge. In fact he told me there's a fault line running not far away from my house and that's why there's a lot of quarries and bedrock around me. He's only been into prospecting about 6 months and has just set up a channel last week. The last video I posted at the river is just down a bit from where I found a picker in the first pan and others. I've taught a couple of people how to pan and they found their first gold there too. Yes you can detect in that whole area (on the north side of the river).

Know what you can try with the slous box dam up in behind the box and stir up the water or just stir up the water see what you can find

That wouldn’t really do anything. Gold is too dense to “get stirred up” like that.

I can see how you'd think that would be a good idea, but it wouldn't do anything but bring down dirty water and leaves. The gold is too heavy to float up and over the sluice.

You’d have to drive west into the mountains or north to Denver to find gold from Colorado springs.

So many amazing places to go prospecting in this beautiful state of ours, and you choose to go to A-Bar? Com’on man! If I’m being honest though, I wouldn’t make videos of my prospecting honey holes, I would probably make a video of me at A-Bar too lol!! Never ask a Miner where the gold is. People just understand, there are fantastic rivers and creeks to pan all over Colorado! But you’re gonna have to find them yourselves! Do your research and get up there!

I have plenty of videos at my "secret spot" although i never disclose the exact location or it would be destroyed. Arapaho par is a great place for people of all ages and skill levels to find some gold to get into the hobby.

Is there any place to still find small pickers or is it mostly all just tiny flakes and flour gold at this point?

There's more un-mined gold in the world than mined. Even more on asteroids. But the pickers and nuggets are almost always on bedrock, or stuck in bedrock crevices.

Easy to catch too - probbly bad meat though. This water comes straight from the Coors factory. Evertyhing upstream is frozen, everything downstream is thawed. Just makes you wonder what kind of trash they're dumping into the water
