Today I wanted to add some gold to the pearlescent paints to see if I could get shimmering rings of pearl with a rich gold look. Using ring pours and a painted base coat with some fluid black.

▶ Technique: Ring pour
▶ Canvas size: 12x24 inch
▶ Pouring Medium formula: My paints are mixed with a pouring medium using Floetrol/Owatrol (1:3 Paint: Pouring Medium) with just a dash of water to make it slightly more fluid.
▶ Color Palette:
Amsterdam: Lamp Black (Base)
Amsterdam Pearlescent: Pearl White, Pearl Yellow, Pearl Red, Pearl Blue, Pearl Violet, Pearl Green
Pebeo: Iridescent Gold
▶ Hair dryer: Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting
