My concern is if the Whisk and Quarter Beats is actually allowed in Gold Syllabus level as I don't see it listed in the IDSF syllabus book :( would you mind giving me some advice for it please?

In Canada, we have a level called Gold Star I which is the next level above gold. Therefore what you see on this video will not be listed in the Gold syllabus. Furthermore, our videos are not specifically intended for competitive or medal test training. You should always check with your instructor to make sure your routines comply with the syllabus.
