Everyone said it, Ole has no excuses this season. He will either rise up or be exposed, and he is being exposed. He's a legend, and even his time as a manager I'll remember with grace. People seem to forget what a shambles he inherited, and he's rebuilt us to the point where we should now be challenging for titles. From this point on it's beyond his capabilities. His journey should end here, he's done that. There's no way he's a manager capable of challenging Pep, Klopp and Tuchel for titles.

It's because we have been treated to extremely boring football under Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho to the extend that we are happy with some glimpses of spark in attacking play. We are just a top 4 club in the best case scenario at the moment.

For the first time in 21 years, I switched off the game after 60 minutes. Didnt switch off through all the up downs of my life and Manchester United's journey through the last 21 years but today I switched off after 60 minutes and went to the gym. Besides being clueless, he is massively passive. Look at his body language during the match. Does he want the win so badly. If so why is he not shouting or encouraging his players? He sat at the bench with his coaches for 85 mins and then only stood up folding his arms like a statue waiting for the game to finish so that he can go home. Compare that to tuchel, pep or kloop who stood up all the time talking or shouting at their players.

Ole done a good job building this team, he got us top 4, brought in great players and we actually have a team that can compete if the right coaching is in place. I mean come on, ronaldo, pogba, bruno, greenwood, sancho varane, luke shaw,de gea, van de beek etc. So i give ole credit for building a good squad but that's it. His managing is awful. He is a midtable manager at best, what has he done to deserve to be manager at a club of this stature. He got cadiff relegated and managed some shitty club in norway. Apart from that what has he done to get a big job like this. It's time to go. Ole has reached his ceiling and has took us as far as he can. Now it's time to bring in a manager that has the CV and can actually win trophies and take us to that next step. An actual tactician like a erik ten hag, conte, zidane etc. There are plenty of great managers out the that would come to united if they look at that squad we have.

A good manager is key to success. Consider this: Would Liverpool or Manchester City be the team they are without their managers? Without their managers they wouldn't be the teams they are now. Same applied to United under Fergie. And right now, United need quality management.

I think the team is slowly throwing Ole under the bus like they did with ex managers. Theyve given up. De Gea, Shaw, Varanne, Maguire, Wan Bissaka, Sancho, Pogba, Bruno, Rashford, Ronaldo, Canavi, i say go back to a 442. We've not been getting outplayed by every team otherwise we wouldn't finish 3rd or 2nd and make multiple semifinals as well as a final. A draw was the right result against Southampton although I think the Saints should have beaten us in 19/20 and I think a draw would have been fair against Wolves.

You can still learn plenty in your 50's, mate. He's not good enough though, I agree.

Look mate I'm 54 and doing post-grad courses, so that is codswallop, it's about your attitude first, and with gumption and practice, your ability "innate" will shine through. Ole could be a great manager...yes? But, he seems STUCK with a limited number of variables, [McTom+Fred+????] and he's not eager to tap into new ideas, so we are gonna get rolled, because I think he is "maxed out" and sadly "stubborn" or set in his ways. whilst other clubs are movin and groovin (even Brentford look better!!!).

The only thing Ole did 100% correct is he never put the goalkeeper as a striker.
