Alongside the 3 goals that could’ve been prevented series, you should analyze the 3 best saves of the weekend. Keepers rarely get the credit they deserve on the highlight reels and even less in commentary, and I know I’d love to hear the thoughts of former keepers on the good plays as well as the bad :)

This is the difference. Arsenal are losing and they bring on Eddie Nketia and Emile Smith-row. Of the three teams they've probably got the second best XI, but their bench and squad is mid-table. Arteta is running that first XI in to the ground.

It was a brilliant goal, but absolutely nobody has said Liverpool have a solid defence this season. They've gone behind in 21 games and barely kept a clean sheet. Teams go through them like butter, but Alisson is a titan. Only reason they haven't conceded a boat load.

A decade or more of defining United as a team that isn’t allowed to lose a point even and the manager having to front up to hard questions yet we all can see that’s not the standard from the ownership past forcing the manager to handle all the pressure. The team is stagnate and clearly has issues and the press attacks the manager every week. Not surprised he walked out. He’s clearly been told where he sits in the pecking order whether by player power or by upper management. ETH in. Players out.

I saw Arsenal losing the Villa game too, when I saw the formation. Jesus is not doing well. Havertz was blooming up front with Odegaard, and now he was stuck in midfield.. Rice had to deal with more too because there was no Jorginho to balance him out. And in my opinion Trossard is better than Martinelli. Idk. I think it is because it feels like we are sat there with you guys. Having a chat with mates about the footy. I love the Gary Neville podcasts and others of course, but they have the feel of a show created with the mainstream format in mind. Still great shows, but what you guys are doing is class. Liverpool have been at the top of the table since Arsenal dropped points after Christmas, and nobody said it was over. Manchester City have gone at the top by 2 points with 18 points to play for, and it feels like it's gone. That just shows Manchester City are a level above everyone else. They could still drop points, but if they do, that will come as a shock to many.

Arsenal also play wolves and spurs as well as Chelsea and united, Liverpool also play spurs, Fulham and wolves as well as villa. It’s just as likely that either of them drop points too so while yes it’s not over at all, that 2pt gap while also having the “easier” run in of the three definitely doesn’t make them slipping up very encouraging

Im a United fan, im sick of Goldbridge blaming Man City for everything. Arsenal and Liverpool are not losing the league because of Man City, its cos they missed chance after chance in their last game, and Liverpool should honestly be clear by around 4 points because they missed chnace after chance against Man United too. Btw, if City even draw their next game and Arsenal win, Arsenal go ahead on goal difference. Im a United fan, and i remember growing up in the 90s and we'd wrap up the league MATHEMATICALLY with like 3 games to go. Its virtually impossible to do that this season, unless Arsenal and Liverpool lose another 3 games in a row.

Our attack at liverpool has been in decline for awhile without anyone really acknowledging it. i think its time to admit that Salah isnt the player he once was, hes more of a creative force now and doesnt seem to score or impact the game as much. Nunez cant finish. diaz cant finish. gakpo is useless. Jota is always hurt. We desperately need reinforcements up front. Our midfields never score either, coutinho is the last scoring midfielder we had. A top team needs at least a few goals from midfield..

The same goes to Leverkusen as well saying they have a small squad etc. Him only knowing Xhaka by name doesn´t mean they don´t have some great talent in there. But at least next season Mark can watch them beat liverpools and arsenals in Champions League

Honestly tho i think Garnacho is highly overrated, people see him as this new 19 year old Ronaldo like do you know what Levels Ronaldo was playing at 19?? Lamine Yamal at 16 is way better than Garnacho yet y'all call Garna a generational Talent.. that Title belonged to Greenwood who failed himself cause he had it all and wasted it.

In my opinion Garnacho had the worst first half out of the whole lot. It was atrocious and not the first time. MARK knows the manager is a preacher of standards and yet at the same time the manager should overlook a bad performance from one his trusted players in a high stakes league-season defining game. How? He's A Grifter, i said it before.
