They are completely handmade in Italy using the most high quality marerials. Yes they are worth it. it’s not just for the name, it’s Venetian art

How has the sparkles/glitter held up? Do they come off easily? Love the last pair, I’ve been wondering if i should order them for days and what a coincidence it was the last pair u showed!

You guys should go watch Tanner Leatherstein’s review of this brand. He cut up a pair of the shoes and examined the quality. As a leather craftsman, he said the materials were only mediocre and the leather is definitely not top quality. I don’t have a problem with paying for craftsmanship and good quality, but I can’t get ready to pay $600 for middle of the road. Kudos to you if you enjoy them though…

Thank you for your detailed comment. At this point in time quality certainly varies in the eye of the beholder and craftsman. Coming from a family who owned a furniture business, I understand the value of quality. It should always be about what you personally love and value for sure. Have a great day!

Hi Heather I’m really on the fence about these. Out of principle to spend that kind of money on sneakers is a tough one for me but I do think if it’s a quality piece that will last, then it could be worth it. I think they’re really cute shoes but my biggest complaint (besides the price) is that they arrive all scuffed up and dirty! I just don’t get it. The white shoe laces look old and grubby in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the pure stars as much as the super star, I just wish you could get them without being already scuffed up! I would feel much better about buying them if they didn’t already look like someone’s old shoes..

Hi Maaike! Thanks so much for watching and for your detailed, thoughtful comment. I honestly can understand where you’re coming from. I felt that way at first as well. Similar to how I first felt about ripped denim! But then I saw them for the artistic, creative design. The scuffs aren’t necessarily the same as say scuffing due to wear and tear in my opinion. However, I would absolutely recommend not buying them if they don’t resonate with you. It definitely wouldn’t be worth it. You need to love them. I am all for a sleek, clean sneaker as well. Currently looking for one for spring/summer. Trust your gut and only buy what you love! Hope this helps and thanks again!

Goldegoose Sneakers are so worth it . Buy the right colors for your style i wore mine with dresses shorts tights skirts !

Hi there! I’m usually a 6.5 but I’m not really sure which size to get. Some reco to size down but others say to size up. May I know your foot length please? :)

Hi Laura! No thankfully I haven’t. And I’ve worn them without socks. The lining of the heel is just slightly higher keeping it from being an issue! Thanks for watching and commenting! ❤️

Just pinch the back of the heel of the sneakers a little soften it a bit. I did that within 20 minutes i was good now they dont hurt at all!

Hi there! Given the new styles that just launched, I don’t see the trend fading. However, I would always recommend buying what you truly love and works with your wardrobe. Whether it’s trending or not, if you still love it then wear it! ❤️

When you bought them new right out of the box were they already creased? I can’t tell if the creasing is part of the design!

I am extremely picky and have to return a pair of shoes(not GGDB) for that reason this week. I don’t however recall noticing creasing with any of my GGDB’s. But I’m guessing it could vary with the design. If you’re in doubt, I personally would exchange if possible. Then you’d know for sure! 🤍🖤🤍

I purchased the Hi Star for a little over a year. The front rubber literally just broke off and the calf hair is completely rubbing off. I contacted Golden Goose and they will do nothing about it. Terrible customer service for $600 sneakers. Don't waste your money. They are also really heavey and uncomfortable. Took them recently to a trip to New York and so uncomfortable walking around all day. I am so mad at my self for splurging on these. Save your money. These are not worth it.

Hi Amy. I am so very sorry that this happened to you. I definitely don’t use these for walking long distances or all day. Athletic Propulsion Labs are my go to for those reasons. I hate to hear that customer service wasn’t a good experience for you. That’s disheartening to hear as well. I know all around sounds like you’ve had a bad experience. Maybe a shoe cobbler could help if you wanted to go that route. I’ve also heard you can change out the insoles. I realize you may be done with them but just wanted to offer suggestions. ❤️

Hi Trakeya, yes I’m a true 37 and they fit tts. However, if you plan on wearing a thick sock or tend to size up when in between, then I’d suggest the same with these. Thanks for watching!!
