Our final day from the 2024 Easter Jeep Safari - we ran a trail commonly labeled by EJS as Golden Spike (Where Eagles Dare), but more commonly known as The Trifecta! The trail takes you through the most challenging parts of Poison Spider, Golden Spike, and finally Gold Bar Rim.
This was the most fun I've had on the Jeep Safari, and is such a cool trail. It is a great combination of iconic obstacles and jaw dropping scenery.
One note, the lighting on this day was really weird, so I've tried to correct that as much as I can. Looking into some lenses help resolve the problem in the future. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

I own a 2024 Rubicon XR and I’ve been to Moab several times. I’m still amazed at what a stock Jeep can do. You see them on the road everyday as daily drivers and in church parking lots on Sundays but yet they can run Poison Spider! Unbelievable!

That last obstacle on Golden spike I believe? We called the waterfall. Last time I did it that big old Rocky pointed out was right in the way and I cut my rear bumper on it. I’m glad to see it moved. Looks like it could be a lot easier to do now, but still a little bit of a challenge. Great video I really enjoyed watching that. Thank you!

Looks like a blast. I noticed many wasn't using their disconnects. Was there any Sahara Jeeps in your group?

Honestly, I don't recall. That said I think a well built Sahara could get through the trail without a disconnect, the only place it might cause a problem is the Golden Spike obstacle.

@@ExpeditionEverywhere Yeah, well the video shows tires in the air, so they def weren't using it. But the lockers though, could be a hang up. I can't wait to go back to Moab and try more of this stuff.

Not so sure about that, I am pretty confident I was disconnected on the spike and my tires got up. I just think it is that crooked. The red jeep that did it directly before me (my dad) didn't use his lockers on that spot, so those definitely aren't *necessary*.

@@MrAirtazI don't understand why people don't disconnect, even if they don't have an electronic one. It's literally two bolts. Takes me about 30 seconds to disconnect my sway bar on my JLU Sport with a 3/4" wrench and my Ryobi electric wrench. Oh well.
