Kevin, I sometimes think you under estimate your painting ability,but this picture was gorgeous! Like you kept saying: Color...the light showing through.. Sooo beautiful! Another great demo, Kevin. I have been painting for years now but mainly wildlife. Since this pandemic I thought I would attempt some landscapes and have found your videos very inspiring as well as very informative. I have taken many art classes over the years but many teachers never took the time to explain the use of different brushes. You have taught me so much. Thank you.

The scene is of soft simple colors but the goldenly bright light makes it amazingly beautiful! Nice save on the fallen tree ; )

I tend to watch three artists on youtube to learn from. Michael James Smith, Chuck Black and you. I feel that by learning all three techniques and combining them creates some very beautiful paintings. You are all extremely talented and should feel blessed at what you are able to create.
