Fun Fact: If you count every Synchro Monster that Yusei has used but exclude the other Signer Dragons, Yusei has used 15 Synchro Monsters.

Honestly yusei did the "no card is bad" idea without being push off the best. The other duelist kept changing their base deck as the series went on while yuseis core stayed relevant especially with the last duel with jack where they won the last turn while the other duelist really changed by the time you got to the end. Plus having probably the best remembered hand traps was also a nice touch as well as graveyard use. Love the junk cards a lot and used them when I played duel links and always got to stardust or red dragon immediately to win.

From how you described it, being able to master a Shooting Quasar deck seems like a good way to judge how good of a combo player a person is

Stardust dragon is one of my faorite monsters honestly just love the entirerty of Synchro era. Nordics is my favorite archetype

One of my best comebacks ever involved Debris Dragon and abusing the "change state" rules. Used Debris to revive Black Dragon Chick, sacced (left field so effect was no longer negated) to summon Red-eyes, synch into Star Eater

Is it just me or the old card "Battle Warrior" needed to be involved in Yusei's Warrior cards to be synchro summoned in order to reach higher levels. Several of Yusei's Warrior Synchros are Earth attributes anyway. And Destiny Hero Dasher fits the aesthetic of his speed themed warriors, too. 🤣🤣🤣

So, it looks like you missed some if I'm not mistaken: Healing Wave generator, Spirit Force or break (i forgot the name, but it has a vegeta lookalike with yellow hair), and The mirror force trap that dealt with burn damage and destroyed backrow (i forgot the name of that as well). Honestly, and hot take here: I actually HATE when Boss Monsters that are clearly derived from lower Monsters don't require those lower Monsters as material; yes, I know it's more accessible....but C'MON, lore-wise it's just too much sense that it's uncomfortable doing such a thing. For the sake of competitiveness, why not do something like this: they can be built from any Monsters as material, HOWEVER, they have some sort of extra Effect if Summoned with the specific Monster(s). Kinda like Salamangreats. Why not do that,m
