what's not clear? 2:55 "It's not surprising people dump money in stocks given the amount of money printed and low interest rates. That said, I believe they rushed into it with the same reason and not necessarily linked to earnings, so when earnings calls come in you might see a dump"

That diversity is a nonsese. Just because a person is black or a female doesn't meand they deserve something. I would NEVER accept a position just because I am black

@Barbara Stamm some people are just hired to do a job well, ie. A trader or an accountant, your skill at the job is what matters. If it was creative...say marketing, then a wider range of cultures maybe needed to related to a target market. But that's why we have test groups. It's a false argument to obtain promotions by acting like you are owed something. In fact, affirmative action holds people back, gives them a crutch, makes them act like victims that will get them promoted because of colour but never changes the mindset.

This is such a standard very simple thinking kind of sentence. There is a huge effort done to push diversity because albeit all algorithms, recruitment is still a profoundly humain process. Therefore, people will tend to naturally just be "lazy" and recruit people who look like them and act / think like them just because it seems low risk. This is where a diversity initiative is important because it pushes people to hire different profiles and reduce corporate "clones". It has been proven time and time that teams and organisations overall work better on the long-term when there is enough diversification. My 2 cents

The business model of banks is that of coaches in the 2000s selling DVD courses. Nobodys gaining value before paying. Nowadays KZfaqrs gain customers by offering 95% if their value for free and gain on the small percentage that is buying the rest of the value. But without a broad customer base that gets value for free you gonna be left behind in the second age of digitalization.

Tout au long de l'interview David Solomon se montre de face ou encore son côté gauche mais jamais le droit. En résumé il met en avant son expérience sa culture ses acquis et cache une partie de sa personnalité à droite. Et en même temps la gauche se veut toujours plus rassurante....🤔🤔Est ce que tout est parfaitement étudié ou est ce le hasard 🤔🤔🤔
