I actually live in oatman lol I was born there.. lived there till I was 6 then I moved to a different state but I keep going back and living there every summer, and I'm about to live there year round again.

Love how I can watch all of the crew videos for the same location, but get a different feel with each of you. Every video you guys make reflects you as individuals and its a nice experience to view it through each "lens". I really enjoy how you sought out the history, another great video!

When I lived in Bullhead City in 1989-90, I use to ride my motorcycle up to Oatman. It wasn't a big know tourist town then. I worked at the Riverside Casino and on my days off, I would head up there. Met a lot of good people and I went back in 2000 and it had changed so much but I will always love it!! Met a young boy there, he said he was 18, he was model gorgeous! He lived there. I have always wondered about him. Go visit!!

Love your videos, they give me a sense of the past, your voice is so calm, great job! And yeah, haunted houses exploring will definitively be a sensation, count me in as a fan if you do. Olive Oatman came to the attention of Kit Carson. He coordinated meeting w/Olive & the 2 young Indians and rode her on the back of his horse, then switched horses to a 2nd horse, to safety-to be taken care of the wife of a military officer at a military outpost/camp in AZ. This information can be found in the biography of Kit Carson's young sidekick.

I went in that mine exhibit and toured the Oatman Hotel. The last time I visited The hotel, they ran me out of town, because I tried to pay my bar bill with the dollar bills I grabbed off the wall. I haven't been back. Never saw an ghosts, just several six shooters pointed at my head.
