If you're looking for something more sportier without being too aggressive, we recommend to install centre and rear pipe configuration, leaving OEM turbo downpipe and DPF

nice sound! question i have a golf 6 Rline 2.0 diesel tdi, i want straight pipes but some ppl told me coze i have a tdi i wont get a nice sound & might regret it but not sure if its treu u might know if il get a nice sound if i put straight pipes? thank you

If you choose the straight pipe configuration, exhaust note will be similar to this one

john jackson diesel cant rev higher, reason because it cant be be burned fast enough more than 5k revs to produce power

I know as have owned quite a few diesels. Newer BMW diesels can go 5.5k but yea in general 5k is usually it.

You have to remap the Ecu

To remove any errors and adjust the power and torque, because with straight pipes the low rpms gets less torque

Unfortunately also completely illegal with the Dpf delete in Oz. You can get jail time in oz for removing the dpf and wont be able to be re registered. Thats what that black soot is coming out the back now. Unfiltered exhaust. Good so long as they have also fixed the EGR valve. The video does a very poor job; likely a full exhaust+ dfp delete +change egr valve

Tuf'n Straight piping it allows more gasses to get out, and gas is already burned, so no it doesn not affect the fuel economy or mpg.

+DirtyLittleDjs Possibly because they've removed the DPF on the down pipe? But then again i thought i saw a REVO sticker on the boot which makes me think its remapped so i thought they would have removed the DPF regeneration / monitoring during the tune. Who knows : )

Ma tutto quel fumo nero? eliminando praticamente ogni tappo e facendo un unico tubo dritto avete fatto bene a fare la mappatura avrebbe perso troppo ai bassi.

Diesel so the excess fuel being burnt between shifts isn’t as audible as the DSGs attached to gas engines

Alessandro Rebosio la fumosità c'è.. e con defap e dekat è impossibile avere 0 fumo.. l'elettronica è stata curata da racetronic.. se mi scrivi in un messaggio privato ti do un suo contatto

+mario argese spettacolo!! ho montato tutto! sembra un benzina!!! spettacolare ragazzi!!!!! unico problema devo prendere il finale con silenziatore perchè ho preso tutto il finale libero ma quando è ferma in moto si sente tutto l'eco del rumore della turbina in fondo allo scarico, sembra un rumore di ferraglia ma è la turbina. ho gia ordinato il pezzo con silenziatore perchè toglie completamente questo rumore fastidioso!! altro piccolo neo che devo mettere apposto è che ho perso molto nell'allungo! in autostrada è leggermente più morta rispetto a prima! a breve risolverò anche questa.
