@@ahliadomingos889 I am a realtor with MVP Realty and can represent you also before the builders. You do not pay more if you bring your realtor and you do not get a better deal if you do not have a realtor. The commission is already calculated into the price. As a realtor I put all of my knowledge, expertise and negotiation at your service. - I recently had a new construction customer where at the final walkthrough I noticed that the builder had made a (minor) mistake. My customer got all of his curtain rods, fans and a bike rack installed by the builder!
