400 gr of flour (3 cups).
16 gr of baking powder, baking powder or baking powder (1 sachet or 1 tablespoon).
For the chocolate coating:
150 gr of chopped chocolate (1 cup).
200 ml of cream, heavy cream or whipping cream (1 cup).
