Apparently Lira's father claimed that his son had died. Right now I'm not sure what to make of this, but apparently he wrote a note to his sister claiming that he had suffered from edema/pneumonia related illness and that he was about to undergo a procedure to reduce the swelling. Have to wait until the information is verified.

Wow did Gonzalo Lira really failed in Chile university because his Spanish wasn’t good enough 😮
@factshunter187
@factshunter187 5 ай бұрын
@al-sir Well, let me put it this way. University is high education, and thus it demands a higher level of knowledge. Gonzalo has always been a lazy student. His family sent him to study commercial engineering, and in those types of fields, the use of vocabulary in any language is more demanding. Gonzalo didn't put the effort to learn fluent Spanish, he may have been getting by by using the basics, but fluency was beyond his low effort reach. He was kicked out after his first year of school from two separate universities. Adolfo Ibanez Univercity and The Univercity of Chile. The guy is a low-life born into wealth, the worst type of person there is.

Years ago Lira tried to build a fight club style community with him as leader and with this latest news, I'm sure Lira can finally fulfill his plan... hahaha. All those years of grifting made him feel invincible and gave him a superiority complex. He kept pushing his luck until it finally caught up. Hopefully the inmates can give him a proper Ukrainian welcome, not that I support either side.

Why should Gonzalo be deported from Ukraine when he has commited serial and serious crimes in that country? I don't see why he should.

this is really the message ukraine wants to send to the world? Imprisonment of a man for 13 years whose ONLY crime is having an opposing opinion to the western narrative? Do you not realize that ukraine's approach to Lira's punishment is just as barbaric as Putin's behavior towards this conflict? Did Lira break laws "by definition" yes. Were the laws he broke worthy of 13 years of imprisonment though? Think.

I honestly wonder if Gonzalo Lira will end up in a history book somewhere. I'm honestly surprised his death wasn't covered more in the media or didn't cause any diplomatic rifts considering Gonzalo Lira was quite popular in Chile as well. I do worry about that, too. That was the reason why I started making videos about him. People think I have a personal vendetta against Gonzalo, but the truth is that I want to discredit him as much as I can. After I read his old newspaper articles, I knew this guy was trying to make an impression on the world. People calling him a "film director" and a "writer" was already BS. So I thought exposing this con man was a just cause worth of my time and effort. Gonzalo may be dead, but my job is not done. He will not go on history as a hero, and the world already knows that the Russians are full of s*it. So, it's not an impossible task to make sure that history remembers this guy for who he really was.

Can I humbly suggest that you make videos of other Russian propagandists on KZfaq and their backgrounds as well?
@factshunter187
@factshunter187 5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your suggestion. Someone has already suggested the same, and to this, I had to give the following explanation. There are a lot of propagandist KZfaqrs that I would like to make videos about, the problem is that since my channel is not monetized, I don't have the necessary funds to fight those propagandist when they file their defamation lawsuits. One case is the one of Clayton Morris, the guy from Redacted. Clayton Morris scammed his followers for millions of dollars on a real estate scam where he was selling them useless land full of problems. When another KZfaqr made a video about him, Clayton Morris suited the KZfaqr. Fortunately, the KZfaqr had enough money to fight the lawsuit, but it cost him over $70k to win the case, and Clayton Morris took his stuff and moved to Portugal, so the KZfaqr never saw a penny back after winning the case. I have to be careful about fighting propagandists. As a matter of fact, Gonzalo's father would like to learn my name so he could send me a cease and desist letter in order to protect his scumbag of a son. That's why I made the promise of revealing my face only if I make 100k subs. This is the same problem that a lot of other KZfaqrs have when they make videos about exposing fraud KZfaqrs, kind of what Coffeezilla does, or Atozy, those guys get suited all the time, fortunately for them, they have a lot of fans who back them up. But I'll make videos debunking propaganda as much as I can. Thank you for your comment and suggestion.😇

13:15 No, he won't end up with 13 years in prison; In Ukraine, the terms of serving a sentence are not summed up, but are absorbed, that is, if you are found guilty of two crimes, one of which provides for 5 years, and the other for 8 years, you will spend 8 years in prison, not 13
@factshunter187
@factshunter187 5 ай бұрын
@user-dj7ju2ce7m In America, if a person is charged with two crimes, let's say a man kills two people, he would serve one sentence for each person he killed. If Ukraine has a different system, where a man kills ten people, but he is only given one life sentence instead of ten, one per each person he killed, then that would be surprising to me. I would like to hear from a person with credentials. I don't mean to be disrespectful to you Mr. @user-dj7ju2ce7m. But I can't take your word for it. Show me a link to the website where you got your information. I'm not saying that I'm right, what I'm saying is that if the prosecutor gave two separate charges with two separate numbers of years per sentence, then he would have specified the total amount of years instead of counting them separately. Show me the place where you got your information instead of simply telling me that I'm wrong. Be constructive instead of just being annoying.

@@factshunter187 I don't know if he's right in regards to Ukraine but in UK we have something called consecutive or concurrent sentences. These can run either one after the other or at the same time respectively and can be for different crimes. AFAIK the defendant doesn't learn how their sentence/s will be served until the day they are sentenced.
@factshunter187
@factshunter187 5 ай бұрын
@Mkbshg8 Thanks for sharing the knowledge. I understand that different countries have different systems of punishment. But in this case, Gonzalo is being charged with a relatively new crime due to the state of the war. If the war were to end in 2024, I would understand if Gonzalo is released earlier. But if the war last longer, and there is no end in sight. Releasing Gonzalo early would be counter-efficient to the war efforts. Especially since we all know that he would just go back to post more propaganda. Having some random guy with no real name like @user-dj7ju2ce7m leave a comment with no references to support his claims is of no value. Again, the nature of the crimes Gonzalo committed is relatively new. I wouldn't be surprised if he is in jail for the remainder of the war tbh. Thanks again for the comment.

Apparently Ukraine's martial law doctrine during war time also extends "legally" into the youtube comment section because I can't think of any other reason why you would so proudly brag about deleting comments from anyone who has an opposite opinion to you... This is my entire issue with this debacle. I could say that during war time it's illegal for you to be in a romantic relationship with any person who is not a citizen of Ukraine and that would become law but would that ACTUALLY make it ok to lock someone up for becoming romantically involved with a citizen of another country. It's not an apples to apples comparison but I couldn't think of a better analogy at the moment... I would like to hope that the punishment for someone who is ONLY guilty of "talking out their @$$" would be less severe than the punishment for someone who is a violent criminal but apparently things are done differently in Ukraine... All I want to know is if Lira's crimes are so serious why hasn't Ukraine subpoenaed youtube to remove Lira's content from being publicly available? We all know how youtube LOVES to cancel everyone and delete their content for the SLIGHTEST infractions so how come Lira's content is still publicly available and probably not even age restricted not even in Ukraine?

Gonzalo Lira has been committing fraud for a long time. He's been getting away with his crimes because his family is wealthy and he's been threatening people with lawsuits that would bankrupt his victims before they get to see any justice. This is why he moved to Ukraine, a country that before the war, was full of corruption. This was convenient to him because he could bride any officials if they ever dared to investigate him. I find satisfaction when I see justice being righteously served. Gonzalo had been previously convicted of sexual assault and was under investigation for attempted rape in an undisclosed country before he moved to Ukraine. This is why I find satisfaction because he finally is serving time for his crimes. Perhaps you need to think about his victims. Perhaps you are being short-sighted, but what puzzles me is that you mention that you like my videos. How come you didn't think about his previous crimes before you wrote your comments? @@monsterzero9456 Treu, smoking is deadly. GL himself has often talked about his poor health, including in his last video, but continued to smoke a lot.

@facts hunter you are wasting our time on this case. It’s like every other time I his happens. Ukraine will hold Lira for 2 to 3 years and then kick him out of Ukraine 🇺🇦 after another year. That simple! This is not a story to report on.

@---ye1wb The amounts of people dying in the war has weight on everybody who is working on Gonzalo Lira's case. Let that sink into your mind. The Judge, the lawyers, and the prison guards know of someone who is on the front lines or has died due to Russian shelling or drone attacks. Let that sink into your mind. What you are saying sounds a lot like coping. But I understand if you can't think about how big of a deal it is to the people of Ukraine, because you are not there. None of your friends or family are affected by the war, that's why the words that you wrote sound like they are coming from a place of ignorance. Slava Ukraine.

It's only a good thing that the truth can be found about these types of people because strangely enough there are many who believe his BS. Even if they see the real facts, some will not be convinced, but people who are open to the truth and facts can at least find it. GL is in custody but his father, among others, continues to preach approximately the same BS.

@@factshunter187 Right, this is why you are not a journalistic minded person because you are blinkered and delusional as to anything else happening. You cannot discuss this entire thing or ANY situation, without looking at the entire picture. This is a simpleton way of looking at life in a one dimensional way, which is what a plant does. You also presumably know that 'the west' has it's own propaganda - and therefore You know the abuses in east Ukraine by their own own government ? That is mainstream talked about. Talking about human abuse does not mean you are 'pro' or against' anything, no matter if you are criminal or not. Or, it seems you built up a channel just to attack one person ( truthful or not ) is a bizarre thing to do. Or is al that a 'stroke' to you? Well as all the people interested' in this, in this way, are also probably needing psychotherapy, down a rabbit hole of ad hominem on anyone with an opinion and even create a delusional web to justify it all. You should really seek professional help. Or is it too much for you to take on board other perspectives, as it seems so, objectively, just like a child cannot as they have not developed reasoning skills or ?
