Luxury housed in LA especially in Beverly Hills, Bel Air etc are equally expensive but the architecture and ID do a fantastic jobs with the use of good hardwares and soft finishing to make the entire house matches the price tag whereas in Sg, there are a lot of tasteless pricey GCBs.

Properties in Singapore is the best to know where your ranked wealth-wise. Thats why when someone have just simple bungalow in SG, we already knew that person is top 1 percentile whereas in LA, even if you have a simple bungalow, you can even be a middle class. In SG, residence is two prong knife, it is to have roof on head and subtle display of dominance of showcase your wealth.

@@chalayan i mean as for Singapore, which ever part it is, if you have a small bungalow, we all know that you super rich. If we want to play by some small postal code area like "90210" "Bel Air" etc, it will totally throw away LA far off , because we can try to compare those with SG GCB areas, yup, GCB areas are house of tycoons and billionaires/mega rich multi millionaire whereas in "90210" likewise areas we can still see alot of youtubers affrord to buy it. It is just a stark difference.

@@cnachopchopnewsagency sure of course and I heard your points but our points are many of these GXBs in Singapore, the interiors are not tastefully designed. If you are the top 1% in Singapore, you own a GCB, wouldn't you want to have your lux home tastefully done too. Both the exterior and interior. Even luxury town houses and apartments in London are tastefully done.
