The designer sounds very pro. I think he has an idea about everything, space, lighting, colour, material and then how everything blends together to give meaning and a feeling. Also, an unlimited budget helps.

When an architect talks, you listen. Dont try to act smart and slide your comments in. You know nothing about the design and materials so dont even try. You're just interested in the luxury and the price of it. You're only here just to make money so stay out of design narratives.

Interesting design intent. However this kind of design is more suitable as a hideaway than a home for families. It's almost too reclusive instead of exclusive. All that skin and cover with no warmth. There's very little expression to the external environment. I like the architect but not sold on the building and the usability of the space.

Recommend to just present with professional diction instead of faking the excitement, appears more sincere that way. I wouldn't want to proceed because everything is just so artificially hyped up with unreal enthusiasam and passion. Edit: look at propertylim brothers, that's what I will consider as professional

Nice house, I like the storm proofing and glare reduction screens. The natural environment landscaping looks relaxed and comfortable.

Sometimes watching videos doesn’t justify the actual property value. Singapore land is scarce and it’s at Bukit Timah area. 100m for 4 GCB is normal pricing it’s only 25m per GCB. One GCB around Nassim area can easily cost 50m.

Personally, I don't find any wow factor about the design and the living room on the ground floor looks so disappointing with such a low ceiling for a GCB like this. Even the room level looks cold, boring and terrible. The staircase is too heavy on wood, too enclosed and dark at the bottom of it. My heart didn't feel any happiness nor excitement looking at this home . 100 M for such an exterior and interior ? Just my humble opinion.
