Good Food on the Agra to Delhi Train - Travelling Executive Class.

After visiting the Taj Mahal we travelled from Agra Cantonment station to Hazrat Nizamuddin in New Delhi. We booked Executive Class tickets which was worth the additonal costs. A three course meal was served at the seat, there was lots of legroom, and complimentary newspapers were provided. The food was really good and varied. It was chaotic outside N. Nizamuddin station, although the Metro station was only a short walk away. We travelled on the 20171/Vande Bharat Express the total fare was 4,205.40 Rupees.

42 english pounds are roughly ₹4,200 not ₹42,000.

In 1979 English pound Sterling was rs.15, and rs.13 in 1947.
