Judge mathis should've gave the plaintiff everything without having to pay hotel fees. She wasn't written in as a tenant. Nothing in writing. Just because you allow somebody to stay at your spot doesn't mean they're a tenant. That was a house guest. So if somebody spends the night they're a tenant? They're on vacation so they stay with family for a month or a little over so now they're a tenant? This judgement wasn't right.

The defendant is a loud mouth, broke bully! The audacity to take advantage of someone who let your big behind come & stay & you bring two grown men with you!!! Then you have a get together at my house & mess up my car! Oh nah, I would have made them get out of my house too. Even though it was an illegal eviction. The defendant actually thought that her & those two grown men could stay without paying…until they get their settlement. 🙄
