Can this be applied under the eyes as a part of the whole face?

I normally apply on the upper cheek and along the lower eyebrow, as the product will travel to around the eye area...but I don't like to put any product directly close to my eyes as it causes irritation :)

I have peach fuzz and find it hard to apply makeup without it catching up on the hair... and so what do you think about facial scraping? I’m reading up but would love to have your opinion!

I know many people that really like it, but when i tried it I broke out very badly along my cheeks and Jaw. I use a kabuki brush to blend in my makeup, and it's worked well :)
